Q: Where can I top up the item code?
A: You can top up item codes on the website here.

Choose the character on your account to receive the prize, and be careful because character selection can't be changed later.

 

Q: What devices can I play the game on?
A: You can play on mobile (Android and iOS) and on PC using the PC Client.

Q: Having trouble installing on iOS?
A: For iOS users, you must set up trust in our application. Go to Settings, find VPN & Device Management, select NEC Corporation, and click Entrust.

Q: Can't install the game on Android?
A: This might be due to:

• Having other games that prevent our game's installation.
• Not allowing the installation of APK files from unknown sources. You must grant permission first.

Q: How many screens can the PC Client open?
A: The PC Client can be opened on 4 screens.

Q: Where do I apply for a game ID?
A: https://member.freelife.fan/register/otp

Q: Can I use my Freelife game ID to play this game if I have one?
A: Yes, you can use your Freelife game ID to play Tales of Heaven without registering again.

Q: How many IDs can I apply for?
A: You can apply for up to 3 IDs with one phone number or one ID with one email address. Keep your registered phone number and email address safe, as they'll be used for verification.

Q: Having trouble logging in, and it's in Chinese?

A: Please ensure your ID and password are typed correctly with the same case (uppercase/lowercase) as when you applied. If you encounter other issues, like server maintenance, you can contact us through Discord.

Q: How can I become a game streamer?
A: Currently, we're not accepting additional Paid Streamers, but you can participate in our TOH Streamer activity and earn in-game rewards for streaming. Find more details >> here. <<

 

[  FAQ about the CBT period  ]

Q: What is the CBT period?
A: The CBT period is from October 4th to October 19th, 2023, ending at 12.59 p.m. (GMT+8)

Q: Will all data be lost after CBT?
A: Yes, all data will be reset after CBT, but it won't be reset again during OBT.

Q: Is top-up available during CBT?
A: No, top-up is not available during CBT.
