Competition Rules

• PVP event in a 10 vs 10 format will involve representatives from a total of 8 guilds, which are guilds ranked 5th to 12th based on their scores from the competition in Phase 1. They will compete to advance to the next stage of the competition. The top 4 teams with the highest scores will advance to the Major level, while the remaining 4 teams will proceed to the Minor level for further competition.
• In each guild, they must form a team to compete, with each team consisting of 10 members. However, a party of 10 members, is not allowed to have characters with the same profession.
• Ranks 5th-12th of the competition with only one round (Single Match) each. The total time for each match will be 5 minutes, and the winner will be determined based on the team that eliminates the most enemies within the specified time.
• The competition will last for a total of 2 days, during which all guilds will battle against each other entirely.
• In the competition, each character can participate in the contest with only one team. They cannot join the competition with other teams.
• No level restrictions, wearable equipment, item usage, and all professions can participate in this event.
• The guild can prepare a maximum of 5 substitute players per team.
• The team will have the next set of players create a room in preparation for the immediate continuation of the competition after each match ends, ensuring smooth event organization.
• At the scheduled time for the match, if a player has not entered the PVP room within 10 minutes, the Freelife team will immediately disqualify the respective team.
• During the competition, if a character in the team encounters an issue and gets disconnected from the game, the competition will continue. Players who got disconnected can log back in to continue playing (except for players who voluntarily left the room on their own).
• If there are issues with the PVP system or server during the competition, preventing the match from taking place, the Freelife team will conduct a re-match for the teams, allowing to have an equal opportunity to compete in the next round.
• During the competition, if it is found that competitors engage in actions that indicate negative intentions towards the Freelife Origin World server, the organizing team will immediately disqualify the respective team. Additionally, the organizing team reserves the right to make appropriate decisions, including stopping the competition, canceling it, or declaring a loss, if unexpected issues arise that prevent the start or disrupt the progress of the competition. The organizing team will make decisions in these matters as deemed appropriate.
• The decisions made by the organizing team are final.

Note: During the competition, changing the guild name or character name is prohibited, as the system will only count points from the submitted guild names.

  

Rules and Regulations for Joining the Discord Competition Room

• Players from all 8 guilds that qualified for the Playoff round must participate in the Discord competition room.
• From 22:00 to 22:15 (UTC+8), the team leader and team members of each guild must join the designated Voice Channel prepared by the Freelife team during that period.
• If players do not join the Voice Channel at the appointed time, your team will be disqualified from the competition immediately.
• Sound settings within the game: Background music turned off, Sound effects set to 50% volume, and character names must be displayed.

Disqualification: In the event of a rule violation, the player will be unable to participate in any other rounds of the competition and will not have the right to be a substitute in this activity. Additionally, they will not be eligible to receive any rewards from this activity.

Scoring and Rewards

• The top 4 teams with the highest scores will qualify for the Major League
• The remaining 4 teams will qualify to compete in the next round at the Minor League
